Floatation Therapy
The goal of float therapy is to calm the mind & the body. REST is at the root of floatation therapy’s efficacy. It stands for “restricted environmental stimulation therapy”. We offer a very spacious float suite with 10" of very salty water that allows you to float effortlessly. No clothing is worn in the tank. You will have 5mins to shower prior to floating before your time starts. The first 5-10mins there will be lights & music, but will fade off. The last 5mins the lights & music will come on.

VibraTec is the ultimate fitness device to utilize whole-body vibration to enhance exercise. The platform generates mechanical vibrations transmitted to your body as you stand, sit, or perform activities. These vibrations cause your muscles to contract and relax rapidly, intensifying your workout. Individual sessions are performed in our relaxation lounge. In addition, we offer the vibration therapy to be added onto a HaloRed session for an additional charge (total $55).

An ionic foot detox machine is a modern energy therapy device which balances the body’s natural energy system. • We recommend either a dark glass container with a lid or cover around the bottle or a stainless steel container with a lid. Using an appropriate container will make your hydrogen last more like a week verses 1 day. The more light, air, and motion the water has the faster you lose the hydrogen in the water.
