My name is Ashley Dunaway, and together with my husband, Mike, we founded Renew U with a vision to create something more meaningful than traditional healthcare has allowed me to give.

I’ve been a nurse for over 14 years, with more than 20 years in the medical field, including a strong background in orthopedics and rehabilitation, through both nursing and physical therapy. While I was grateful to help people in those settings, I often felt that something was missing. Too often, my role was reduced to managing medications and documenting symptoms instead of uncovering the why behind them. Deep down, I knew people deserved more.

That’s why I became a Functional Genomic Certified Practitioner, RN, BSN—to bridge the gap between advanced science and true healing. Functional genomics gives us the ability to look beneath the surface, identifying your unique genetic blueprint and how it influences your health.
