About Us

My name is Ashley Dunaway. My husband, Mike Dunaway, and I are the owners of Renew U. I have been a nurse for 14 years, in the medical field for over 20 years, and have always felt like something was missing and that I was meant to do more for my patients than, what felt like most days, just pushing medications and documenting documenting documenting. I became a nurse because I loved helping people, but my “job” really only allowed me to scratch the surface of what kind of impact I was capable of, while at the same time it was ultimately breaking me down both physically and mentally. I feel that the “system” is broken, and that people deserve more! Overall health and wellbeing are so much more than treating symptoms with medication.

Many can agree with all of these statements, but most people need help making a plan and having access to the tools they need to make an impactful change. Opening Renew U has allowed thought to transition into action.
