Introducing our halored booth

hALOrED booth (halotherapy & Red light therapy)

What is a HaloRed Booth (Halotherapy & Red Light Therapy)

 https://youtu.be/-Aiu0NU0q5w

https://youtu.be/0yZfDbxDSjU?si=xHDAz5qjoZevtuun

Our Vitality Booth Plus is the only product that combines both Salt Therapy and Red Light Therapy - all in one gorgeous unit! The synergy of the two modalities, when used simultaneously, is tremendous and backed by research and a pending-patent. It offers extra large red light panels that are approved as Class II medical devices by the F.D.A. The powerful devices provide scientifically validated wavelengths of Deep Red (630 & 660 nm) and Near Infrared (830 & 850 nm) light from above, front, and the sides. Red light is absorbed by the skin, boosting collagen production & aiding skin conditions. Near infrared penetrates deeper aiding muscle recovery, cellular renewal and joint pain.

Halotherapy, also known as salt therapy, involves breathing in air with tiny salt particles, that are pumped into a room via a halogenerator.

Halotherapy relies on a basic mineral, pure sodium chloride, commonly known as salt, to stimulate the body's internal processes for cleansing the respiratory tract and strengthening lung function. The pure pharmaceutical grade salt is milled to a fine dust by a Halogenerator. Folks breath normally as the particles are inhaled into the upper and lower respiratory system and absorbed by the skin.

The efficacy of Halotherapy is achieved through the properties of sodium chloride, an essential element for the regulation of mucus, coating the lungs and sinuses.  The salt draws out the moisture and impurities and breaks up the mucus.

In people with chronic lung conditions, the levels of naturally occurring sodium chloride is decreased, which can lead to an excess production of mucus.  Salt is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory.  This widens the airway, allows for deeper breathing and accelerates the transport of mucus, the elimination of tar and foreign allergens, and an improved immune system.  Salt is highly absorbent and acts much like a sponge.  It is not ingested or metabolized.

History of Halotherapy

Halotherapy comes from the Greek word, "halos" which means "salt". Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, is an all natural treatment that mimics the microclimate of a salt cave. Halotherapy originated as Speleotherapy over 100 years ago in Eastern Europe for the therapeutic benefit of respiratory disease. Speleotherapy has evolved into modern-Halotherapy or dry salt aerosol therapy to provide natural symptom relief for a variety of respiratory and skin conditions. Halotherapy has been recognized in Europe for over 50 years for the treatment of breathing and skin conditions. It is used throughout the world today with documented and consistently positive results.

One does not need to visit an ancient salt cave to experience the restorative effects of Halotherapy. It has become standard therapy in many modern spas across the globe as a highly effective treatment. Halotherapy is a safe, all natural, and drug-free alternative. It is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-microbial. It is not considered a replacement for pharmaceuticals but rather augment therapy to enhance the natural healing process.

Halotherapy was first pioneered by the Russians.
• They developed a technology for replicating the conditions of the salt caves and mines.

• The first salt facilities were established in clinical settings such as health facilities, hospitals, etc.

• Halotherapy soon emerged in more commercial settings outside of the USSR in the 1990s throughout Europe

Who shouldn’t use Halotherapy?

Anyone with the following is recommended to consult with their medical physician first:

  • Acute stage of respiratory disease
  • Cardiac insufficiency

  • Unexplained bleeding; Expiration of blood
  • Hypertension in Il B stage; acute kidney disease; Internal diseases in an acute stage;
Tuberculosis (TB); Cancer for which salt therapy may be contraindicated. Cancer in treatment should be consulted with your practitioner before use of salt therapy
  • Alcohol or drug intoxication
  • Salt therapy has shown to be safe and beneficial during pregnancy, but 3rd trimester women are strongly recommended to consult with their medical physician first.

***Halotherapy is recognized as a safe and effective wellness practice for preventive and restorative health care. It is not a medical treatment and does not offer a cure! Halotherapy is not recommended for people with contagious diseases, fever, open wounds, cancer, severe hypertension, mental disorders and active tuberculosis. Pregnant women should consult with their doctor before using Halotherapy. Anyone with serious health concerns needs to seek proper medical advice from their doctor.

HaloRed Booth - Frequently Asked Questions

Contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

There have been numerous European studies dating back to the early seventies demonstrating that dry sodium chloride (NaCl or Salt) aerosol is more effective than wet salt (saline) inhalation. Dry salt aerosol therapy (Halotherapy) is commonly used today throughout the world with documented and consistently positive results. Halotherapy has been recognized in Europe for over 50 years for the treatment of breathing and skin problems.

Salt and the use of saline solutions are not new medical practices. Doctors have been using saline in mainstream medicine for years.  Although wet salt therapy has benefits, the overall effectiveness is limited as the wet droplets may have more difficulty reaching the distal airways and deep into the sinuses.  Additionally, the goal is to eliminate the excess moisture which reduces the salts therapeutic benefit.

Yes. For more information on research, please visit the Global Wellness Institute and the World Halotherapy Association.

20-minutes is the recommended session time.

We recommend that you do and can provide them for each session.

Yes, Although the booth is equipped with Bluetooth speakers.

Initially we recommend 3-5 sessions per week for the first month or two, and then you can maintain 2-3 sessions per week.

Halotherapy offers the best results when practiced regularly. The benefits are cumulative so consistency and frequency are the key. People with chronic issues will benefit greatly if visiting salt rooms at least 3-4 times a week. Those who are looking to incorporate Salt Therapy into their regular wellness routine would benefit from a weekly session. Halotherapy has been used on a daily basis without any side effects. But as in all health services, please use your own discretion.

It is recommended one red light therapy session per every 24 hour period

Clothes protect the skin from the intense UV light, but they also protect skin from red and near-infrared light exposure. Ideally you want to have as much bare skin as possible while doing your red light therapy treatment. Definitely no clothing in the area you are going to treat.

No.  This will harm the eyes and skin.  No one can be inside the Vitality Booth when the blue light UV sanitizer is turned on.

The red light panels are rated as Class 2 medical devices by the F.D.A

The red light LED's are rated for 50,000 hours of use.  This is about 17 years if they are used 8 hours per day. The panels are guaranteed for 3-years.

Quad spectrum of  630nm: 660nm: 830nm: 850nm.

When searching for a bluetooth connection you will see a device that starts with the letter B. That is the Vitality Booth. When prompted enter the code 0000. That device will then be hooked up. Note the volume on the device will control the volume on the speakers.

Our booth is designed in such a way so that people can relax in a soothing and tranquil environment. It’s a place where one can sit back and experience the salt treatment in a very peaceful and non-stressful setting. People can read, listen to music or nap if they want to. We will also offered guided medication of your choice. Our featured meditation app is Abide.

Pure “dry” sodium chloride is heated and ground up in a machine called a halogenerator. The micro-sized crushed salt particles are then dispersed into the air in an enclosed environment.

Halotherapy is a natural treatment however any clients who have any serious health conditions or women who are pregnant should always seek proper medical advice before any type of treatment.

There are typically no side effects other than the taste of salt and potentially thirst or a scratchy throat. However, if someone is on any medications or suffers from any serious medical issue please seek medical advice before any therapy.

99.99% pure sodium chloride (Pharmaceutical grade salt). It contains no fillers or caking agents. It does come from a natural source but it is naturally processed to remove all of its impure elements. It’s the same salt that hospitals use and is the same type of salt all the research has been conducted on. We do not recommend Himalayan or sea salt as it is not stripped of all the impurities. There could be dirt, clay or some type of debris that could be harmful to the lungs. It’s very healthy for the digestive system but not for the respiratory system.

As with all wellness services, always check with your doctor before starting any type of treatments if you are taking any medications.

Yes. Our vitality booth features the option to do one or the other treatment option if needed.

HaloCBD - Frequently Asked Questions

Contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

HaloCBD™is made with 100% organic CBD Crystal. Approximately 30% of the US population has used CBD products and CBD products are deemed as safe.

In addition to the benefits of salt therapy users will see the ability to take longer deeper breaths with HaloCBD™. Additional benefits may include reduced anxiety, increased energy and focus and reduced inflammatory pain.

CBD is fat soluble meaning that the body requires fat in the system to help it dissolve. Most CBD products such as tincture or CBD added to food products will have reduced effectiveness due to the body’s digestive process diluting the effect of the CBD. HaloCBD™ is pure 100% organic CBD that is inhaled into the body through the nose and mouth and immediately enters the bloodstream

For usage in respiratory issues, breathing in the crystalized CBD, allows for this to travel right into the lungs and sinus cavities. While the salt’s physical properties reduce inflammation of the bronchial tubes and lungs, HaloCBD™ adds further benefit. Think of the lungs as the machine of the respiratory process, taking in and pumping out oxygen while the brain is the computer that controls the process. Research has indicated that CBD through its effect on the endocannabinoid system helps to calm and regulate the brain resulting in better breathing.

For legal sale in the US CBD may only contain trace elements or less than .3% THC. Every batch of HaloCBD™ production is regulated and certified to contain 0% THC. This level indicates that there is no psychoactive component present in HaloCBD.

Per GoodRX - “CBD products are widely available online and in stores. It’s not clear whether CBD products have long-term effects on children. It’s also not clear what doses of CBD are safe for children based on their age and weight. There’s no clear evidence that CBD can help treat children with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder. But CBD, in the form of Epidiolex (a pharmaceutical based form of CBD), is FDA-approved to treat seizures in children with two rare conditions: Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.” Therefore, it is recommended parents talk to their child’s pediatrician before trying HaloCBD™."

Main Contraindication: Do not use this product if your are allergic to Hemp or CBD.

While generally considered safe, CBD may cause drowsiness, lightheadedness, nausea, diarrhea, dry mouth, and, in rare instances, damage to the liver. Taking CBD with other medications that have similar side effects may increase the risk of unwanted symptoms or toxicity. In other words, taking CBD at the same time with OTC or prescription medications and substances that cause sleepiness, such as opioids, benzodiazepines (such as Xanax or Ativan), antipsychotics, antidepressants, antihistamines (such as Benadryl), or alcohol may lead to increased sleepiness, fatigue, and possibly accidental falls and accidents when driving. Increased sedation and tiredness may also happen when using certain herbal supplements, such as kava, melatonin, and St. John's wort. Taking CBD with stimulants (such as Adderall) may lead to decreased appetite, while taking it with the diabetes drug metformin or certain heartburn drugs (such as Prilosec) may increase the risk of diarrhea.

Male Reproductive Caution:

Cannabis use may affect sperm count, as well as other measures of male fertility including sperm viability and motility. Experts recommend awareness around these potential side effects when prescribing cannabis to patients who are of reproductive age.
